In this globalized and highly networked era, both in person and virtually, you are now working with people from diverse cultures. Thanks to the Internet, almost all of us who have Internet access have been connected with diverse people using social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and so on….
This information age calls up on all of us to be open, and inclusive. If our desire is to succeed in this new millennium, one of the skills we should develop is the ability to relate, connect, and work with people from diverse cultures. We should start this venture somewhere. We should not wait another minute.
