Though entry to use Internet, for instance, is low in the rest of the world, Ethiopia’s Internet penetration rate is disappointing- 1.9%. This rate is below African average (26.5%). For that matter, it’s below its neighbors such Eritrea (5.9%), Djibouti (9.9%), and Kenya (47.3%).
The discussion tried to answers a series of Why, What, and How questions. The Why questions to understand the root causes, and the What questions to learn what is actually going on in Ethiopia right now, and the How questions to suggest solutions.
