Reports show that millions are joining the Great Resignation. Interestingly, the overwhelming majority quit their existing jobs without securing the next. Though this is a huge headache for employers, this is a golden opportunity for employees to take their career and leadership to the next level. Take time to regroup and get clarity about where you would like to be in your career. Make sure you go for the next level when you rejoin the workforce.
