Take your career & leadership to the next height in the era of the Great Resignation

Reports show that millions are joining the Great Resignation. Interestingly, the overwhelming majority quit their existing jobs without securing the next. Though this is a huge headache for employers, this is a golden opportunity for employees to take their career and leadership to the next level. Take time to regroup and get clarity about where you would like to be in your career. Make sure you go for the next level when you rejoin the workforce.

If you were a professional and team member, why not search for jobs that allow you to lead a team or a project? If you were a supervisor, why not seek a managerial position? If you were a middle leader, why not go for an executive role?

For those who are bold and ready to go to the next level, you have a partner. I already wrote a book for those of you who are aiming to go from just team member to team leader or supervisor or project manager or your own boss by opening your business. Check out my book “Overcoming 1st Timer Syndrome: 11 antidotes to thrive beyond first-time leadership pitfalls“, which became Amazon’s #1 Best Seller within the first week of its release on August 26, 2021. You may also check out the jampacked free webinar based on the book.

Some of you may be asking, yeah, I’m a new middle leader/executive, where is my manual to make a smooth transition in my new role? Got you! The two follow-up books are on the way, stay tuned.

In the meantime, if your organization has a group of first-timer supervisors, managers, and/or executives, as a Transition Strategist, I can design and deliver customized transition programs based on the latest adult learning principles. Watch this brief video clip that provides the necessary info about these programs.
