One of the most important leadership attributes we all should have is trustworthiness.
Unfortunately, it takes lots of time and effort to build it. It can evaporate in seconds.
What is more? Once it is lost, rebuilding it may take forever.
Here is the bad news, in this fast-paced work and marketplaces, leaders can’t sit and wait for trust to build or rebuild naturally.
